Providing Emergency and Critical Care for your Pets
To provide high quality emergency veterinary care. To that end, our hospital’s team is made up of skilled and compassionate professionals who practice innovative medicine, provide comprehensive nursing care, and are dedicated to serving the community who entrusts us with their pet’s health care needs.
To be a progressive, team oriented, emergency hospital that sets a standard for high quality compassionate care and exceeds the expectations of our clients and referring veterinarians.
In October of 2005, local veterinarians met to discuss common concerns in their industry. One main concern was the future availability of emergency veterinary services. Individually the veterinarians were not interested in opening an emergency facility. However, the sale of the Westminster 24 Hour Veterinary Trauma Center property to McDaniel College made the veterinarians question the impact it may have on their clients and their pets. As a result, 29 local veterinary professionals organized Central Carroll Animal Emergency, LLC (CCAE) to fulfill a need for high quality, trustworthy, after hours care for their patients. We proudly opened our doors to this community owned emergency veterinary facility in September 2006.

We are available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. The hospital recording will indicate how your regular veterinarian can contact us during "off" hours.
We primarily care for cats and dogs.
