COVID-19 PROTOCOL

Visiting us in the time of COVID...

  •  Please call prior to your visit, you will be directed to our online check in sheet, and we will discuss our current protocols.
  • We are still not allowing clients in the building unless they are euthanizing a pet. In the event you are euthanizing a pet, the number of people that will be permitted to be present is at the doctor’s discretion. We typically recommend a maximum of two people to be present for euthanasias.
  • Once you arrive, please call the practice at 410-871-2000. Our technicians will be alerted that you are here.
  • Our front doors will remain locked. Please remain in your vehicle until you are instructed to bring your pet to our front door.
  • After a technician has called you to obtain a history of your pet’s ailment, we will instruct you to bring your pet to the front door.
  • The technician will bring your pet inside to obtain vitals and allow the veterinarian to perform their examination.
  • Please remain in the parking lot while your pet is here.
  • The doctor will call you to discuss their exam.
  • A technician will call you to review an estimate for treatment. If necessary, you will be directed to our ‘Estimates’ page.
  • Once treatment has been completed, a technician will call you to review your pet’s discharge instructions.
  • Following your discharge, you will be placed on a brief hold in order to transfer your call to one of our client service specialists. If paying with a card, your payment will be taken over the phone. If you are paying by check, we will require your driver’s license. Should you pay by Care Credit, we will process your payment over the phone, but will require that you sign one of the receipts.
  • A technician will return your pet to you, along with the discharge paperwork and receipts.
